Kimberly Rodriguez, Former Assisted Living Licensing Inspector, and Founder, has over 20 years’ experience providing regulatory and leadership services to Assisted Livings, Adult Day Care and Group Homes through-out Virginia, Texas and Florida.

Kimberly was born and raised in Adult Programs. Kimberly's mother and grandmother owned and operated Assisted Living, Adult Day Cares, Group Homes, Medication, Phlebotomy and Certified Nursing Assistant Schools, Home Health, Companion Care Agencies and Durable Medical Equipment Warehouse. Kimberly has operated and managed programs as small as 3 residents to over 250 residents, in addition but not limited to, Domestic Violence, Re-entry, Sobriety, Homeless, Wrap Around Supportive Living and many other adult residential programs. Kimberly is credentialed through, National Association for Regulatory Professionals as a National Regulatory Professional Credential (NRPC).

Kimberly provides education, support and training pertaining to Senior Care, Licensing Rules, Regulations, " How to Maximize Your R.O.I by Operating an R.A.L) Tax abatement representation, Special Use Permitting representation and much more.

Chris's passion extends beyond his professional role—he is also an avid photographer, capturing much of the visual content for our site. Outside of work, Chris is a dedicated family man who cherishes spending quality time with his young children. His hobby of fishing reflects his patient and meticulous nature, a skill he enjoys sharing with his family during outdoor adventures.
